From 10 manual conversations a day to a system that warms up, closes at a masterclass and follows up for 3 weeks
“Some people just watch the masterclass and buy on their own. The manager calls them: “So, how was it?” And they say: “Don't interrupt, we're already paying.””Anatoliy Shkarin, founder of DowJonesBots
THE BUSINESS
Anatoliy Shkarin: trader, investor, founder of DowJonesBots. The business rests on three products: trading education, exchange trading bots and raising investment. Each needs explaining: the programme to a student, the terms to an investor, how the bot works to a buyer.
BEFORE LEELOO
He did all the explaining himself. Up to 10 conversations a day, each with objections. In his words it ate up an enormous amount of time, and he could only convert a small share of people: the rest he simply lost, unable to keep up with the flow. Before that he had paid another contractor a sizeable sum and got no result.
WHAT WAS BUILT
We built an automatic system for DowJonesBots on Leeloo. Ads bring the right audience, a message sequence warms the person up before the masterclass, and the masterclass does the selling. Those who don't buy keep receiving messages for another 3 weeks, and after a few touches most take what they need. Along the way we helped with content and showed which of the original ideas were worth rebuilding.
THE RESULTS
The founder now meets people who are already prepared. Some buyers pay right after the masterclass, before a manager even calls. The project was delivered ahead of the agreed date. The top agency package cost about €11,000 and, by Anatoliy's estimate, has paid back many times over. Support still answers after the project was handed over.
- €11,000 for the top package, paid back many times over (founder's estimate, no exact multiple)
- 3 weeks of automatic follow-up for those who didn't buy at the masterclass
- Some customers pay before the manager calls
- Delivered ahead of schedule, support still answers after launch
