$10 a day in ads → a $3,000 sale the next morning · $4,000 in the first week · $2,400 from the second tunnel
“The non-direct ads, run by your methodology, actually worked. I didn't believe in them, but they delivered a result the very next day.”Andrey Strelka, founder of Infodiski
THE BUSINESS
Infodiski sells and manufactures car wheels, including custom forged ones, and has been on the Ukrainian market for over 10 years. Buyers are owners of specific car brands, each of which gets its own offer. Deal sizes in this case: $1,000, $2,400 and $3,000 per order.
BEFORE LEELOO
Selling was head-on: the customer bought and left, and nobody worked with them afterwards. The CRM held a phone number at most. There was no subscriber base at all. Andrey had been through various marketing, sales and automation courses before and did not believe in non-direct ads: he doubted that a person would read a guide and then become a customer.
WHAT WAS BUILT
Andrey took the two-day Leeloo.ai Academy workshop and on Sunday evening of the same day launched the first creative and the first tunnel on a $10-a-day budget. The ads lead not to a head-on sale but to a guide: the person reads it, and the tunnel takes it from there. Tunnels are split by car brand so that only targeted traffic comes in, not every motorist: a separate tunnel for Range Rover, for example. The team is now testing different tunnels and creatives that do not overlap. Andrey's view: with a good tunnel, the bots themselves close a lot of it.
THE RESULTS
The first $3,000 sale came in at 10am on Monday, overnight after the launch. The first week brought two sales: $3,000 and $1,000. The second tunnel, for Range Rover, also went live on Sunday evening, and on Monday there was a $2,400 sale. At the time of recording, in the second week of work, another $3,000 request was being processed. Andrey notes cheap customers and engagement under the ads: people write right in the comments. He admits he was a little in shock.

- The tunnel went live on the closing day of the two-day Leeloo.ai Academy workshop

QUESTIONS
- What did Infodiski get in the first 24 hours after launching a Leeloo.ai tunnel?
- Infodiski's first tunnel went live on Sunday evening with a $10-a-day budget, and at 10am on Monday a $3,000 sale came in. The second Leeloo.ai tunnel, for Range Rover, brought a $2,400 sale, also the next day.
- How much did Infodiski sell in the first week with Leeloo.ai tunnels?
- Two sales worth $4,000: one for $3,000, another for $1,000. In the second week another $3,000 request was in progress. Infodiski's ads on Leeloo.ai lead to a guide rather than a head-on sale, and the tunnel takes over from there.
- What did Infodiski build on Leeloo.ai after the workshop?
- Separate tunnels per car brand, Range Rover for example, so that only targeted traffic comes in. Each Infodiski tunnel on Leeloo.ai gets its own creative, and the tunnels do not overlap. The first one went live on the closing day of the two-day workshop.
