Subscribers at 6 RUB · 80% pass the quiz · rooms of 30–60 people · 20–30% buy a product from $600 (2017)
“It was building sales tunnels that pushed me to be more than an architect, so to speak, more than a marketer, and by now to build my own business, build a team, create a marketing agency.”Denis Voropaev, agency founder
THE BUSINESS
Denis Voropaev, internet marketer. He took the Leeloo tunnel-architecture course and built a marketing agency on that base: customer-path design, end-to-end lead generation, sales-tunnel architecture. He uses the platform himself. Clients include an event agency for family audiences and the organizer of an investment conference with a product from $600.
BEFORE LEELOO
Denis came to the course already a marketer. The start was hard: a lot of new information he sort of knew, but not at that depth. It was hard to focus and to find time for the homework. The team at that point: two people.
WHAT WAS BUILT
Denis builds tunnels on Leeloo for his clients. The first tunnel, for an event agency: cold ad traffic lands on pre-sale value, a list of 5 things every parent should know so their child remembers childhood for life. Subscription follows from there. The second, for an investment conference (September 2017): a financial-literacy quiz, then a series of lessons where the person sees gaps in their knowledge, then an invitation to the conference. The whole tunnel up to registration was calculated in advance. Inside, the bot answers one message in three or four different ways, asks for a birthday and congratulates women on March 8 and men on the February holidays. While a person waits for a manager's call, the bot offers them tea.
THE RESULTS
After the first three quiz questions about 80% of the audience went on. A subscriber cost about 6 rubles (Russia, 2017). The conferences filled rooms of 30 to 60 people, of whom, by Denis's estimate, 20–30% bought the main product from $600. The agency grew from two people to a team with a sales department, a landing-page department, a designer, an SMM specialist and two front-end developers. There are more orders in the queue than the team can process. Denis recommends Leeloo both as a platform and as a training program.

QUESTIONS
- What numbers did Denis Voropaev's funnel on Leeloo.ai produce?
- In the investment-conference funnel (2017) about 80% of the audience passed the first three quiz questions, a subscriber cost about 6 rubles, rooms held 30–60 people, and 20–30% of them bought a product from $600. Denis Voropaev gives these figures as his own estimate, with a caveat.
- How did Leeloo.ai training help Denis Voropaev open an agency?
- The tunnel-architecture course gave him an understanding of the customer path and the logic of how a customer moves. On that base Denis Voropaev built tunnels for clients and grew from a marketer into an agency with a sales department, a designer, an SMM specialist and two front-end developers. He recommends Leeloo.ai both as a platform and as training.
- What kind of automation does Denis Voropaev build on Leeloo.ai?
- A virtual assistant rather than a chatbot: three or four reply variants to one message, birthday greetings segmented by gender, an offer of tea while a person waits for a manager's call. Denis Voropaev assembles all of it on the Leeloo.ai platform.
