THE BUSINESS

Olga Zubko has lived in France for 11 years and built an eyelash-extension brand there. The business has several lines: an online school with her own course, a product brand, patents on her inventions, a beauty salon and franchises. She sells training and products to lash artists and beauty-industry clients.

BEFORE LEELOO

The school had been running for a year and the structure was in place. It needed to grow: sell more training and more products. Olga did not know where to find those people. Sales ran manually through Instagram. For two years she had been thinking about selling through messengers and tried a few things herself, but there was no clear strategy and no suitable platform.

WHAT WAS BUILT

Olga expected a messenger tool and got a team with assigned roles and a strategy built for her business. The agency's marketers set up the ads so that they are inexpensive and bring in a lot of people. Then the messenger funnel: new subscribers first get to know the brand, then become buyers. Hypotheses were tested one at a time: they tried one, a second, a third, went back to the first option and kept refining it together with Olga. She got an answer to any question at any moment; her agency curator was always available.

THE RESULTS

Subscribers are added every day, and very few people unsubscribe. In Olga's words, that proves the marketing was tuned to her target audience. People in the chats are active and positive. Exactly the right people come in, stay and buy. After the first project Olga is launching a second one with the agency.

  • New messenger subscribers every day, very few unsubscribes
  • Ads set up so that they are inexpensive and bring in many targeted people
  • The audience stays in the chats and becomes buyers of training and products
  • A second joint project with the agency after the results of the first

~$600,000in one record sales event

StudyLess started with a $500 ad budget and a $5 marathon funnel. The funnel connected low-cost entry to the full course. Six years later, more than 500,000 Ukrainians had taken the marathon. Not one ad campaign in that time pointed to a website: only to Leeloo tunnels.

“We pulled off a record sale there, around $600,000, I think.”

$200 → 1,000+ leadsAbout $40,000 a month in revenue from a Telegram base

The International University of the Quran teaches women to read the Quran in Arabic. Before Leeloo.ai, integrations between services kept breaking and webinar reminders failed to fire. The school built its own Telegram funnel: the first $200 campaign brought over a thousand leads, the base grew past 10,000, revenue is about $40,000 a month.
