THE BUSINESS

Dariya Travel Agency sells tour packages and wanted to keep repeat customers through a loyalty programme: bonuses, statuses, repeat purchases. The company's people are not named in the case; the story is told by the Leeloo.ai agency team.

BEFORE LEELOO

Bonus data lived in Google Sheets. A customer didn't know their balance, messaged a manager and waited. Managers could damage the data by accident, any spreadsheet error broke the bot integration, and there was no change history. Access to the sheet meant access to the whole customer base.

WHAT WAS BUILT

We built a Leeloo-based solution: a full customer database and an admin panel where managers control all the information, plus a Telegram bot for customers. The customer path is now: scan a QR code, land in the bot, enter the card number and date of birth, see status and bonuses. The goal was not to hand out bonuses but to build a mechanic customers come back for.

THE RESULTS

The system holds more than 500 active customer cards. 172 people entered the Telegram bot and 162 of them authorised. Manager workload, per agency data, dropped by about 80%: balance questions no longer reach them. Customers began interacting with the loyalty programme more often and coming back to buy.

  • 500+ active customer cards in the loyalty system
  • 162 of 172 bot users completed authorisation
  • −80% manager workload (agency estimate)
  • Balance and status visible to the customer in seconds, no back-and-forth with a manager

+40%conversion to request after a messenger warm-up tunnel

A balcony and window glazing company lived on word of mouth and handled requests from Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp and its website by hand. The Leeloo.ai agency built a tunnel: messenger choice, a series with a video guide and work examples, a deal in the CRM. Per agency data, conversion to request rose 40% and manager response got 80% faster.

“The manager gets a much more prepared contact, not a completely cold lead.”
