Notebooks and Telegram → a system on Leeloo · ~200 students · 500+ graduates · 20 CRM users
“I cannot even bring myself to call it a business. Because everything was done on the fly. You took a person, sold well. Did not sell, they were lost. And it turned out we were burning through everyone.”Vladislav Tokovenko, founder
THE BUSINESS
Vladislav Tokovenko trains mentors in two niches: fitness and spiritual intelligence. The academy moves an expert into an entrepreneur's mindset, then gives them a system, then a team. Clients are in Europe, Ukraine, the US and Canada, and there have been some in Australia; all communication is online. Vladislav himself works from Spain. The next stage: a franchise with ready-made funnels, CRM and lead generation.
BEFORE LEELOO
Sales were run in Telegram and in paper notebooks. There was no follow-up, no warm-up, no repeat touches: you took a person and sold, and if you did not, they were gone. A paid traffic test ended in failure: two budgets, two media buyers, 200 requests for each of the partners, and all 400 burned, because there were no scripts and no system for working them. That experience cost about €2,000. The team had seen Leeloo's mailings for years but did not understand how to apply funnels to their own business.
WHAT WAS BUILT
After comparing tools, the academy chose Leeloo as the single system for the whole team: CRM and marketing in one place. Funnels with warm-up and follow-up replaced the notebooks. The CRM now has about 20 users, and the team keeps adding to the setup. The franchise is being built on the same base: partners get ready-made funnels, lead generation and a CRM, and pay royalties plus a lump-sum fee. The client configures everything in-house. When the academy came back to the platform, the Leeloo team credited a prepayment made 2–3 years earlier.
THE RESULTS
There are now about 200 students on the platform on average, and more than 500 graduates. Clients are spread across several continents, and all of them are run in one system. Chaotic on-the-fly sales became a process with warm-up and follow-up that can be handed to the team and to franchisees. Vladislav sums it up briefly: as practice shows, there is no alternative.
- 500+ graduates and about 200 students on the platform at a time
- 20 CRM users instead of Telegram and paper notebooks
- 400 requests and about €2,000 lost on a paid traffic test before the system; now there is warm-up and follow-up
- Clients in Europe, Ukraine, the US, Canada and Australia run online in a single system
- Ready-made funnels and CRM became the base of a franchise: royalties and a lump-sum fee from partners
