“Just trust the professionals' work. And do everything the team asks you to do. You can look for cheap options, you can look for free ones. But from my experience, I don't play with cheap and free options anymore. It's just a waste of time and resources.”Yuriy Chernyh and Anna Zenkovskaya, Juran Art Company

THE BUSINESS

Juran Art Company is a hairdressing academy in Poland. Yuriy Chernyh (CEO) and Anna Zenkovskaya (Art Director) moved from Ukraine, started with a small hair salon and grew it into an academy. The academy gathers people for webinars and sells training; student reviews, the founders say, have always been very positive.

BEFORE LEELOO

The new project brought decent results at the start, but tracking it technically and bringing in new people was hard. Then conversion dropped sharply, and with excellent reviews the team could not understand why. Facebook ads did not work at all: attempts went down the drain, conversions were negligible, and the channel was abandoned. The warm social-media audience was exhausted, and they did not know how to reach a new one. Rounding people up by hand pulled them away from their real work. Automated funnels felt like outer space: they roughly understood how it worked but could not build it on their own.

WHAT WAS BUILT

Anna saw a Leeloo.ai ad on Facebook asking «Are you getting fewer people to your webinars?» and recognised her own situation. We set up an automated funnel and Facebook ads, a channel the academy had written off as impossible to tune for its audience. A separate task: the messages in the sequence were translated and adapted so the person would not realise they were dealing with a bot and would feel they were talking to a competent human. One thing was required from the clients: do everything the specialists ask. Difficulties came mostly from the academy's side: the team travels a lot, and time was short.

THE RESULTS

According to Yuriy and Anna, $500 in ads brought about $13,000 in revenue; they call the figures approximate. Facebook ads, previously switched off as useless, started bringing sales. The academy signed a 5-year contract with Leeloo.ai. The team launched its second project already with experience: they know where to push and what to change. Their advice to new clients: trust the Leeloo.ai team and be confident in the result.

  • $13,000 in revenue on $500 in Facebook ads (approximate figures, per the clients)
  • 5 years: the term of Juran Art Company's contract with Leeloo.ai
  • Facebook ads, previously switched off as useless, started bringing sales
  • Project 2 launched on the same system with their own know-how: the team knows where to push

~$600,000in one record sales event

StudyLess started with a $500 ad budget and a $5 marathon funnel. The funnel connected low-cost entry to the full course. Six years later, more than 500,000 Ukrainians had taken the marathon. Not one ad campaign in that time pointed to a website: only to Leeloo tunnels.

“We pulled off a record sale there, around $600,000, I think.”

$200 → 1,000+ leadsAbout $40,000 a month in revenue from a Telegram base

The International University of the Quran teaches women to read the Quran in Arabic. Before Leeloo.ai, integrations between services kept breaking and webinar reminders failed to fire. The school built its own Telegram funnel: the first $200 campaign brought over a thousand leads, the base grew past 10,000, revenue is about $40,000 a month.
